Basic Raglan Pullover with Cables:  This is the pullover version of  the Basic Raglin Cardigan.  It uses worsted weight yarn (shown in Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Worsted).

  The Weekend Jacket

This jacket knits up quickly using extra bulky yarn.  A great pattern for beginners. Blanket stitch around the edges adds a decorative touch.

3 in 1 Fair Isle Hat:  Three different designs are in this one pattern.  All 3 hats can be made out of the same 4 colors (1 ball each) of Alpaca Yarn Company Classic Alpaca.

Sunshine Shawl

The sunshine shawl is approx. 70" long for maximum wrapping effect.  It uses 4 colors of Schulana Sojabama.  This pattern also has directions to turn the shawl into a shrug.

This sweater is all about the yarn.  It is a simple design using Catalina Yarns Painted Lady, a super soft merino wool.  You'll want to wear it everyday.

This summer tee is knit from cuff to cuff using a light weight yarn.  Sample is made with Skacel Evita and Meditation.

This pillow is a great introduction to domino knitting.  The sample uses Patons SWS yarn.

Basketweave Cardigan

Using bulky yarn (shown in Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Bulky), this cardigan knits up quickly. With it's tunic length, it makes a great jacket for those chilly autumn mornings.

Long Sleeved Cuff to Cuff Cardigan

This cardigan has fair isle detailing in the cuffs and body.  It is knit with worsted weight wool.  The sample is shown in Green Mountain Spinnery Mountain Mohair and Thaki Bunny Print.

Sideways Gloves

These gloves are knit in garter stitch from side to side, using a sport or DK weight washable wool.  They are quicker to make than socks and make great gifts. Samples are made with Mountain Colors Bearfoot and Schaeffer Lola.

Simply Detailed Vest:

 The simple details of this vest make it a great beginner project, but also interesting for a more experienced knitter.  Using worsted weight yarn, it can be made with almost any fiber.  The samples are made with Brown Sheep; Cotton Fleece and Thaki; Donegal Tweed.

Bird Wing Socks:

The simple pattern in the sock adds interest to any variegated sock yarn. The sample is made with SWTC; Tofutsies.

Honeycomb Socks: 

The honeycomb pattern of this sock uses only one color per row.  Sample is knit using Cherry Tree Hill; Supersock and Fortissima; Socka.

Classy Lady

This cardigan is knit from cuff to cuff, then stitches are picked up around the body and worked down.  There are only two buttons at the top of the cardigan.  The sample is knit with Rowan Kid Classic but any DK weight yarn will work.

Wander Socks

An all over lace pattern cover the leg and heel of this sock.  There are purl stitches running down each side of the foot.

The mitered square technique is "kicked up a notch" to resemble an argyle pattern.
